Tony and his team was amazing!! I had a burst pipe with the meter running so time was of the essence and upon calling around, found that Tony was the most professional and responsive. (Like no joke, one company that was rated 5 stars on Yelp didn't even answer my calls and only replied back via text to tell me to text instead and then didn't even reply to me via that text until 2 days later...)
He was here the same day, did amazing work, explained everything professionally, let me examine the work personally and came back the next day to check up on everything. Now that's what I call service! I would not hesitate to call them again and will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward!

We asked Tony and Rick to do some critical work for us in an effort to prepare our house to be listed. They found a pretty bad leak and took care of several other issues. Great service. Very punctual and efficient. They unclogged a drain that was affecting all my appliances (dish-washer, washer, garbage disposal). I called them in the morning. My experience with Tony was phenomenal. As of this morning we had a serious plumming issue, which had let to all of our sinks and showers overflowing with sewage water. So scary!! I was frantically searching Yelp, calling people (all of which either didn't pick up or were busy) and came across Tony's. He was quick to answer and immediately asked me what was going on. Before even hesitating, he asked for my address and said they'd be there within the hour. And they were. Tony personally arrived with one other man and the two were so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They figured out everything within ten minutes and had it fixed within an hour. Best part was they didn't over charge us either but you could tell he handles his business with a lot of integrity and professionalism. I absolutely loved their service and highly recommend them! Tony came out to unclog a drain on short notice. He was on time and showed up with a very amusing branded van. His friendly demeanor engaged us immediately and he got right to the job at hand. He easily displayed his knowledge and knew just how to solve our problem.
He casually mentioned that he came out on his day off because his wife was busy and he had some free time. This approach is what working with a small business is all about.
Tony put his time in learning his trade working for larger plumbing companies and now he is doing his own thing.
So do you want to work with a big company call center giving you obscure information and mystery pricing or do you want to deal directly with the owner who will do a great job at an honest price.

Excellent service, friendly and most importantly HONEST.
First time I called him was to ask for help hooking up the water line to my fridge. He had to come twice (once to unhook from old fridge and next to reconnect to new fridge). Was great that he didn't charge me twice.
Second was for a clog in my sewer line. After trying to unclog it from under the house, they went to the clean out and figured it was clogged there. Which it was. Some one threw a bottle in it. !!!!! Terrible people. After some fancy moves he got it out and they flushed it again.
Third time I called was today. He totally remembered me. The sewer pipe was backed up again and only a few months after he unclogged it. Tony immediately asked me to call the city since the clog was likely at the clean out (again) and see if they would fix it for me instead of having me pay him for the job. And the city did manage to fix it for me. For free. How honest is that... For a plumber to help me save money when he could have easily just taken the job and my money since he knew what the issue was.

I called Tony's Plumbing last Friday for a faucet and toilet repair/replacement. Tony scheduled the job for 12pm. He came along with his associate exactly at 12pm.
Both of my faucets and the fluid valve had to be replaced.What I liked about this company's service was that before Tony started any work he told me how much it would cost me to have those items replaced and approximate time. He was very meticulous and made sure there was no leak after the installation of all the parts. All the trash and old parts were taken away. After all the work was done, Tony once again, went over all the work and parts along with the pricing that were needed to complete the job.
I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing to anybody who needs the plumbing services in the house. Both men were courteous and had shoe covers so as not to dirty the floors in my house which I really appreciated.

Love this guy. Had a main drain line problem. Had another plumber scheduled to come out, and took a day off for that. The guy texts 20 min before the appt, that he won't make it. Crap. Clogged drain, took a day off of work, and now I have a no-show. So called Tony, and he said he'd try to squeeze me in after his current job. Didn't hear anything, didn't hear anything, went to get my kids from school, telling myself I'd give him a call when I got back. When we did get back though, he and his buddy were already at work, snaking through the vent line on the roof. I was so happy. I have hand snaked my two house drain lines into the main line, multiple times over the years. So I know how it's done. I could see pretty quickly, they knew what they were doing too. They just have a bigger, longer snake, that's electric powered (and in this case, with a cutter at the end, to hack through the tree roots that were the problem). Yaay! Didn't take them long, and the drain was cleared. Wouldn't hesitate at all to use these guys again..

Tony saves the day again. :-) Needed him again for the same problem as down below. 2.5 years later. Ha ha, and back then, he told me, we'd have to have him do it again. Yup!
He was busy the 1st day, had a hydrojet person out, and they couldn't clear our main drain clog. Had a 2nd person out, he tried, but he didn't know how to use "the big rig" up on the roof through that vent line. (He did clear it for 2 days, but then the clog came back, probably further down the line this time, he came back and did the same exact thing, and didn't work). Fail #2. I tried Tony again (he can be hard to get a hold of, but be persistent, he's worth it), and I didn't time it, but in probably less than an hour, he fix our clogged main drain problem again.
[This time? I will hit it harder with the root killer stuff, that's our problem. Tree roots in the drain line.]

They stopped by to verify what I was asking for and refine the quote. On the day of the job, they were timely, got the work done in a couple hours, and I'm fully satisfied with the results.

I had a problem with no hot water in the shower. I remember working with Tony about 10yrs ago and back then he was great. So I thought I look him up and give him a call. I can't say enough about Tony and his team. I just bought and moved into a new house which has old, cast iron pipes in the laundry room. The first time I tried washing clothes, water was spewing everywhere from the old pipes. I was desperately needing a plumber. After reading Yelp reviews, I decided to call Tony.
He was at my house within an hour! I couldn't believe it. He looked at the pipes less than 10 seconds before stating what needed to be done. He went out to buy the needed parts and came back within 20 minutes. The entire job was done in less than an hour and I now can wash my clothes. Hurray!

He had to remove our old faucet, and install a new one, but it wasn't as simple as you'd think it would be, it was kind of tricky...Not that he fixed the problem, he also knows what he's doing. He was prepared to fix our problem, showed up on a short notice, he even brought he's own towel for any leakage under the sink. Very thoughtful!
He has reasonable rates. He's the guy you want to call if you want your problem fixed.

TONY'S PLUMBING is really awesome! I appreciate the fast, friendly, and honest service. They are easy to schedule with over the phone and are in and out of your house quickly. We had our toilet issues fixed by them; however after two days the same problem occurred and I left a message over the weekend. Waited Monday, it being long weekend they were probably very busy and did not return my call. I called again today and Tony responded and came as soon as he could. He fixed the minor problem at no charge (even though the bill which I paid earlier mentioned that the work was not guaranteed). I wish there are more people like Tony and his team and I would definitely use them again.

Tony was super. He came out and helped replace a lot of faucets. Changed our toilets and did some work on our sink disposal.
His prices are very reasonable and does take credit card payments. We will call him back any day to help us with our plumbing issue. He was honest about the work needed to be done and took no short cuts nor did he do additional work that he could have avoided. Finding a honest trade man is hard.
